  1. Just the fact we could witness a clear, well educated, non-hostile and civil debate on this one issue is almost miraculous in itself. Who won the debate? Perhaps we all did.

  2. Dershowitz does convince me that some things in society should and must be mandated for the common good. But those things are rare, few and far between. During WWII people were ordered to dim their house lights at night so German bombers couldn’t see their targets. Yeah, I get that. We all do. But not for something medical which is unproven, untested and experimental with no omg term testing data
