The stronger the Quebec Premier’s legal case is for justifying a health tax upon those adults who have chosen not to vaccinate themselves, the more it becomes a medically unjustifiable procedure or intervention, thus making it illegal, at least from a medical point of view. Medical procedures must be free from coercion, duress, persuasion, and can only be administered by a doctor when the patient is fully informed and given his or her consent without duress. A financial penalty for not having a certain medical procedure would therefore nullify it’s validity and it’s execution by any licensed medical doctor.
