There appears to be is a racial difference in the motive behind violent crimes, where one race tends to commit crimes for certain reasons, like willful violence, and other races commit crimes for other certain reasons, like mental health issues. Of course there’s some overlap, but generally speaking there’s obvious motivational tendencies based on cultural differences and race.
