  3. What’s 42.9% of 45.4%? Only 45.4% of eligible voters bothered to cast a ballot. And Only 42.9% of those who cast a ballot chose Conservative. 42.9 X 45.4 = 19.5% That means 80.5% of eligible voters rejected Ford. That is not a majority That is not democratic This is not democracy when there are 21 parties running in a binary voting system designed for only two parties.
