  1. Don’t worry. Canada’s Food Guide claims that drinking less than 13 cans a day of Coke or Pepsi is still good for you. Not surprising when you realize Canada’s Food Guide is partly created by the junk food lobbies. Therefore, the biggest threat to Canadians isn't aspartame or sugar or empty carbohydrates; its Canada’s Food Guide itself.
