  1. Even the wealthier nations have pockets of poverty, where most are able to be vaccinated, and a few of the most poor are not. A few poverty stricken unvaccinated surrounded by a sea of highly vaccinated wealthier adults and teens. This could be a clue as to the epidemiology and aetiology of this novel condition.
