  1. The biggest complaint, that Canada’s wait times are longer than those in the US, is inaccurately compared. Don’t forget, this is comparing ALL Canadian patients against only the wealthiest US patients who can afford to pay for surgery in the first place; and are there not fewer patients with more doctors per patient standing by, waiting for patients in the US? In Canada the ratio of medical personnel to patient is known and is constant and is therefore planned for well in advance of demographic changes over time

  2. Many US Americans have been lied to. They actually think socialized medicine is Socialism. Who did they think paid to build the roads they’re driving their SUVs on? Who pays for the schools their kids go to? Who pays for the fire trucks when they dial 911? Who pays for their parents and grandparents social security cheque’s? Socialism? You’re soaking in it.
