@LOUDMOUTHTYRONE Colonialism just changed forms and methods, but nothing changed. As example looks at West which regularly impose so-called sanctions agains misc countries. For you knowledge “sanctions” have right to declare only Security Council of UN (United Nations). They are prohibited by UN as classical "colonial behavior". In past colonizers could sent military ships and declared blockade — nowadays they do exactly same with "sanctions". No difference and that why it is prohibited by international right. But of course West ignores international right and do what it want. It is what called “colonialism”, nothing changed at all.

In most countries it is regular thing: — students visit museum for free, — adult for N money, — foreigners for N*x money (where x is 2, 3, 10…) Same with medical help: — locals get help for free or some small price, — foreigners always for several times more (there are only few examples in world where foreigners can get medical help also for free as locals). Once I faced with situation when locals (Namibia) just rejected to get help at all, so we ordered helicopter from South Africa to move patient there where they agreed to provide help for money (a blood vessel burst in the head, the skull had to be opened). In total guy paid over $60k (it was in late 2000s), for comparison in native country it would be for free.
