Actually communists in USSR rejected from power back in 80s (still unclear how and why, just in one day accepted strange law by which rejected from power), it is one of reason why few years later USSR dissolved, country de facto left without political system and came capitalists (yep, they were allowed also back in 80s, reason for economical collapse in late 80s), so de jure already almost 40 years.
From another side, by poll of 2017 70% of Russians want back communism (and this percent increased all last 30 years, as more people see what is capitalism, especially after visited capitalistic countries as tourists, more want back communism), while want to have own business, so to be classical capitalists is just 2%. Also communists is second political power in country and almost everyone anyway is marxist. Also 75% of Russian economic (2019) directly or indirectly in state property (it is almost communistic type of economy).
