UA losing each month more people than at same month obtain with forced obligatory mobilization (they catch all men right from streets, thousands videos). And (surprise!) it is exactly publicly declared goal, that in Army must left no people. Think about it. Also it explains why nobody touched UA leaders, they must preserve control as long as possibly and send more people on battlefield. I’ll explain — in Russia exist consensus, that it was mistake back in 1956 when that people were liberated and got freedom. And nobody want to repeat mistake, they must gone. So no, they are losing.
