  1. About so-called Warner amount. I remember how looked at amount of prisoners who get the pardon back in 2022. It was ~1500 people. In 2021 it was ~500, ~500 is average number year by year. So, it means Wagner got just 1 thousand of men. And no, by law it was not some especially dangerous criminals, law allow only non dangerous.
