  3. Already can’t. They lost own last chance in beginning when Russia proposed this (or more correctly they agreed, but Boris Johnson forced them to fight). After that Russia declared two goals of operation: demilitarization and denazification. It means none member from this groups will survive. Russia already made huge mistake after WW2 when allowed for them to live.
