  1. Very likely whole video is generated by app. ~15 years ago I got request for app which generated something similar. Task was simple: find images in web (I sent requests to search engine) defined in text file and make video with random effects. This one video is not much more complicated. It is easy to extract key words from text, find images or videos (nowadays exist whole banks of data) and generate such video. Even with easy possibly to add voice (computer generated) and text also generate by AI.

There are several factors, here is two main: 1) USSR had no inheritance system which exist during aristocracy. Each new generation to power came random people without links to previous generation. In capitalistic system to power came just new generation of exactly same people, mainly from same family/clan. Regards to this capitalist have “memory of generations” and able to provide long term policy. USSR had no such ability. That’s why very soon to power in USSR came very naive people. Famous example: West promised non expansion of NATO and Gorbachev just believed and removed own troops from everywhere, because we are in peace now. When one of adviser proposed to sign official agreement, some kind of international law, Gorbachev said that “it will be insult and demonstration that we don’t believe to them”. Incredible. 2) Direct democracy brought to power non best (prepared to such work) people. Why exactly USSE dissolved? From one side to power (as leader of USSR) came Gorbachev, incredibly uneducated guy (peasant who even spoke in Russian awfully, made a lot of mistakes in words because pronounced everything wrong) and from other side (as leader of Russia) to power came capitalist (son of kulak) who was just populist. And when between this persons arrived conflict and Gorbachev decide to remove Yeltsin, the last one found nothing better than just brexit to exist from USSR. Just to preserve own chair! Moreover, after that he visited misc republics of Russia and asked them to separate, he afraid to rule with so large country and wanted to get just small. Both not cared not about anything. All of this results of “direct democracy”. That’s why in modern Russia system is corrected: — arrived state exams for bureaucrats (history, culture, economics, politics, management), anyone can participate each year, who passed, the best — got positions in govt, assigned as governors, etc. So, to power came prepared clever people. — was formed opened, but shadow authority, consisted from heads of special services, top officers, etc. They will not allow anymore situation when to power came somebody like Gorbachev or Yeltsin. — and about communism: officially in country is capitalism, but state nationalized over 80% of economy back. It is more than during Stalin’s era. Process is returned back. Again united with Chinese and now create own independent from West economical financial system in whole world on base of BRICS.
