Americans started to install near Russian borders anti-missiles and missiles, so with time could get possibility to attack Russia and destroy everything what Russia could launch in answer (and even openly in press discussed, how many thousands of cruse missiles they need to erase country — 6000, 8000 or maybe 12000). Putin said at that times, that Russia will be forced to invent new weapons and it will be mew arm race, Americans just laugh and officialy said that “we not cares”. In result was created: 1) ICBM which can attack USA not only over North Pole (shortest distance) but over South Pole (where US have no defense). To be correct this ICBM will be accepted in this or next year. 2) Hypersonic missiles and hypersonic glider. 3) Small nuclear reactors which allowed to create this torpedo and also cruise missile which have no range limitations and also can fly by weeks and attack from suddenly directions. 4) Fastest in world anti-missile which can reach height of ISS in space in less than 1 minute. And of course a lot of rest regular weapons, just regular new ICBMs, SLBMs, etc. Additionally Russia became close with China, signed treaty about strategic friendship (somebody even called it alliance), so China also got hypersonic weapons and now Russia building for China early warning system about attack (in past only USSR/Russia and USA had it, no one else), when it will be finished, no one will have possibility to attack China and not died in answers (nowadays in surprise attack in can be destroyed by anyone without any troubles).
