We all know how called people who destroy monuments, but I’m not about this now. About meanings. Soviet monuments globally is divided on two categories: 1) remember WW2 2) remember what happens and regards to whom you are still alive. All that monuments globally hold Europe from new "Drang nach Osten". Because when you living in city where is a lot of Soviet monuments you don’t want to do new attempt. So now they remove from public memory this, to make new attempt. Preparing society. By same reason open new monuments, they also are divided on 2 groups: 1) to suppress local resistance, against such people like you. 2) to nationalists, because only nationalists can repeat new “drang nach Osten". I had conspiracy theory, that 10 years ago EU opened own borders for "very specific people from well know countries" also by same reason, to arise among own population right forces (I wrote that back then and now already see such forces). So one generation later will be possibly to use them agains East/Russia.
