Easy to understand, just investigate rest comments of account: they are anti-Chinese actually, anti-Russian, but what is more important, they use cultural references to internal CIS/Russian events/policy which are unknown outside (and even hard to explain to foreigners). Also 99% of such bots have new accounts (this one registered 6 month ago).
