  1. 3
  2. 1. Russian men all (almost) already served in army. From 18yo it is obligatory for each man. They just need to remember what they know. 2. It is just public school, when you will join to Army, you will get additional trainings, it is additional at least several month. 3. Newbies not participate in battles. There are 3 groups of soldiers: 1st on frontline, 2nd in reserve (near frontline, but in safety), 3rd — on rest (full safety). They replace each other each ~2 weeks. Newbies join to 3rd group, then go to 2nd and only then to 1st. So they have smooth adaptation. 4. Regular Russian army (9/10) not participate, army exist for serious battles, as future war against NATO. Not for such local conflicts. Otherwise enemies could launch dozens conflicts and Russia would be forced to spend all own army to fight against them, so nobody left to protect country. Specially for such cases exist reserves (25 million people who served in army 1-2 years), while professional army exist only for main enemy. 5. End it? 😂 How do you imagine it? — To erase all cities like US did in Iraq? Also get millions of bodies and then restore cities for decades while people will live in fields? Stupid. — To nuke Berlin, Paris and rest who send weapons to UA? Good idea. Very likely we will see this. At least it discussed in Russian ‘think tanks’ (among political elites). — To eliminate general stuff, so all rest will surrender? They will not. And what the point? They are support nazi ideas, what Russia will do with millions of them? Send to prisons and feed for next dozens decades? Russia have no so lot prisons. Execute? Too bloody and cruel. Maybe better to eliminate most of them right on battlefield? Putin declared two goals: denazification and demilitarization. And what is main — what the reason to hurry? There are no such reasons. Several more years — why not?!
