When UK/US regimes will be ready, they will be exchanged on people who exterminated bloody terrorists which got cover in those countries.   3. In Russia on south there are regions where is no dirty and fat soil. Some places even close to sand desert (must be similar to Australia, but instead of kangaroo — camels 😂)

  4. lol 😂 If you need codes and regulations, then you can buy/build house in appropriate place — special commune, it will be small town, closed for non-locals (with own guard), local school, shops, park, roads, own lake, etc. There are different towns, exist places where each house is like castle (and they cost dozens millions of dollars), or houses like in US movie “Home Alone” with similar infrastructure around, only from from stone, only from bricks and specific colors, modern and futuristic, from wood similar to middle age, etc. While this is just free area — you buy land and do what you want. P.S. Totally corrupt country is country where corruptions is legalized and called lobbying 😂
