@rickmoreno6858 Where you got that sources? Maybe you messed it with some other battle? Already one week later, after Prokhorovka battle, it became clear, that whole operation Citadel is failed. Soviets perfectly knew details of future Citadel operations, while Germans — nothing (Kursk considered as one of the best work of Soviet intelligence and counterintelligence). Idea was to allow for Germans offensive and when they will fail and tire, only after that to start own. And it is exactly what happened. Ten days later after Germans lost own offensive abilities Soviet started offensive. Germans almost had no chanced at all from beginning.
