  1. Russia launched rockets from sea (1999-2014). ISS — it is second version of Soviet space station MIR-2 (simplified version), US asked Russia to build station together because US before had no space station where astronauts could to live for a long time, unlike Russians which built a lot of stations where people lived for years. China anyway got aid from Russia, it is clearly visible because a lot of parts on China program represent classical Soviet design. Also it is known that teams from Russia worked in China from time to time.

  2.  @rockinpenguin  It is fake. SpaceX get a lot of subsidies from state, for state and army launches cost much more, they got money (billions) for years before launch. So, we don’t know actually real price, SpaceX trick everyone. Looks like real prices in several times more. But it have no point, US just print dollars. They can pay 50 million or 5 billion, it is irrelevant.
