  1. Impossibly, cams have no enough resolution for this. You can see one object, while need to see and control dozens and hundreds. Much better to launch real radar in space like it did Soviets. They built nuclear reactors and used them as source of power for radars, so could see anything. But once such radar fall on Canada and it was huge scandal, because of radiation :/
