  1. No. Russia use just 10% of own professional army (120k), 1.5% of reserves (300k) and 250k volunteers. Additionally over 500k of volunteers awaits in reserves. So, in usage near half. While in general in usage is literally tiny share of all forces.

  3. Impossible. If will arrive something solid, it is possibly to use something heavy. Still nowadays only in rare cases were used 1500 tons b-ms. While country have even 9000 and 14000 tons (last one is more powerful than most a-bmbs). Also always as option exist usage of western strategy — cover b-ings to wipe out everything. Bloody strategy, but why not? For last 30 years West used it literally in each own campaign.
