Facepalm.
1. Swiss became neutral because Russian emperor Alexander I wrote for them such constitution by own hand and then forced everyone to accept it on Wiener Kongress at 1815 (England, Austria, etc. were against of some Swiss, but Russia just defeat Napoleon and there was no any real resistance, so Alexander I established Swiss).
2. Swiss officially lost own status of neutral state after joined to so-called “sanctions” against Russia. I remind, according to UN, countries have no right to introduce any sanctions against others, such right have only UN Security Council. It is one of reason why UN was founded: to prevent such behavior (classical colonialism, when one states introduce blockades of other states).
But Swiss not only joined to Western countries against Russia, it violated international right specially for this.
So last and this year already when Swiss proposed own territory for misc international negotiations (not only to Russia, to asian and middle east countries) — countries rejected! A lot ministers of foreign affairs publicly said, that Swiss is not anymore neutral state.
Moreover, in Russia it is officially nowadays in list of “enemy states”.

1. EU is not colony (and can’t be, colony is source of free resources, while EU is industrial regions with lack of resources). EU is main competitor for US actually. Even more than China, because China not produce goods which is important for US, as example Airbus. Also EU consume too lot resources from own colonies (who said Africa?) which could consume US.
2. US for decades do what it do — destroing own competitor. It got control over media, prepared new elites, gain control over countries, and now destroy economy of this region. In EU nowadays is going deindustrialisation. They do exactly what did Western Europe with Eastern Europe after dissolve of USSR. I remind, a lot of ex-Soviet republics years ago were developed more than Western Europe, but nowadays they represent backward 3rd world without any industry. Best example is UA: they built space rockets, most powerful ICBMs, aircraft careers, cars, airplanes (including largest in world cargo planes), tanks, computers, engines for airplanes, helicopters, ships, powerful turbines for power plants, food. From USSR they got incredible heritage, as example largest in world sea cargo fleet (10% of income of whole USSR, it is more than Russia earn from gas!). 30 years ago they had technologies which for almost any modern country, like Germany or France is far-far dream… And look now (even before 2022 or 2014) — they produce nothing, lost all fleet, bankrupt country with totally ruined economy.
Same will be with Europe. In best way.
In worst way US will send Europe to fight against Russia. A lot of benefits. In such case last money and scientists will emigrate to US like during WW2, incredible profit. While extermination of Europe — who cares?! For US it means nothing.
3. You have wrong understand of Russia. After several attempt of coup backed by US, Russia changed own constitution. Now all power not anymore in hands of president (Putin), but in hands of so-called Security Council. De facto “deep state”: it is top army officers, heads of intelligence, governors. Putin already for several years not represent power in Russia. It is defense mechanisms which Russia invented after own sad experience, when one man (who pronounced “Gorbachev”?!) can ruin whole country. Now it is irrelevant who is president of Russia, foreign policy will be not changed.
