  2. Railguns and laser was in Russia else at soviet times, nothing new. Projects Terra and Omega, world's first laser pistol for cosmonauts, self-propelled laser vehicle Szhatie and Stilet, laser on Il-76, laser systems Aidar and Akvilon on ships. One of that ship with laser US bought after dissolve of USSR, 20 years later US repeated it. Russians has two noble prizes for lasers. In previous year in Russia was invented new class of lasers, much more powerful than modern. This year will be launched the most powerful laser in world.
