gamingfox98 where you get this bs?! For Chernobyl (with RMBK class reactors) existed special instruction where Russians described, what not to do for explosion. When Ukrainians violated instruction (actually several levels of it) and removed rods, they got predicted explosion. Life demonstrated, that “instruction can’t help against fool”, so next plants Russians developed already with assume of fools everywhere, so new plants really can’t be exploded.
P.S.
After inspection of Fukushima, Russians also wrote instruction what Japanese need to do for safety. On Fukushima-1 they ignored Russian instruction and got disaster, on Fukushima-2 otherwise, they did everything and as result during disaster preserved electricity, pumps, died just one man and they saved reactor.
