  2. Soviets launched system Perimeter, it was AI which controlled whole nuclear arsenal of USSR and could launch it in case of danger without human confirmation (for case when no humans left). System was created as response to US doctrine of first strike and guaranty (system still is active) that US/rest will disappear from planet. After that arrived movie Terminator with Skynet — reference to Perimeter.
