Ironically, its USA and its NATO/EU allies that had unlawfully confiscated Russian personal assets, frozen Russian accounts and foreign reserves, and of course various sanctions. USA already robbed Afghanistan foreign reserves after fleeing from the country. In the case of Russo-Ukraine war, the collective West is the thug that the rest of the world are very concerned. Thus, the collapse of the Credit "Swiss" bank.
