  3.  @LonnieBrewer-dd4wi  I've worked on hazardous waste cleanup here in the islands and materials usually go to Utah. It never stays here.

  4.  @LonnieBrewer-dd4wi  , Maybe Nevada or some other inland desert location far from the sea. The government created this problem when they labeled Lahaina as toxic. Their only real solution other than sending thousands of cubic meters of material to some desert on the mainland is to declare Lahaina clean and let us rebuild.
