  1. Zelensky needs to provide the names of the prisoners that he wants back. Russia has thousands of Ukrainian prisoners. To be honest if I were a Ukrainian soldier that surrendered to Russia I'm pretty sure that I would be executed when returned to Zelensky so better off in Russian hands.
