  2.  @foreveryounglovinglife777  , Not an EMP but now it would be easy to shut down the grid using the virus as the reason. All they have to say is all the power plant workers got COVID and shut down the plant. The grid relies on all power plants feeding it so if a couple shut down the whole grid would collapse .
