  2.  Les Brown  , The official cover story is that the explosion came from a warehouse at the dockside. If you watch the explosion in slow motion you will see the the explosion came from underground hence the huge three hundred meter wide crater. This alone proves their cover story is a lie. It was definitely a low yield tactical nuke detonated below grade whether it was planted before hand or sent down there in a nuclear bunker buster I can't say for sure.

  3.  @alasdairblackmore  , There is a whole theory of warfare based on the use of these low yield nuclear weapons. Sometimes called "Tactical" or "Battlefield" are unregulated by any nuclear non-proliferation treaty and are "legal" for use on any battle field. You should be educated in this type of warfare before it comes to your town.
