  9.  @mak2866  , People don't know that it takes an amount of fuel equal to what it take to propel and average car nearly 2000 miles to cremate one body. Just ask, "Where are all the fuel tankers?" Cremation is expensive, for the amount of fuel that it would take to cremate one body you could fuel an excavator to dig a hole big enough to bury one thousand. That's why even the WW2 stories of Hitler burning bodies is a lie because they had no fuel to spare.
