I proved that was false because dashcam didn't start until she was already behind him,and no such thing occurred. Sorry,we don't have to see the brand of cereal the LEO ate before clocking in ,to know this was suspicious. Again,why use a personal cell to communicate after already talking on radio. I'm still waiting for you to explain why would an LEO go from radio to personal cell if there's nothing sinister, considering the fact that it would even be safer/easier to use a radio while moving in a car.
