Visiting man to America tonight had no cash left in his wallet, then his countries bank blocked his card use, he had no phone connectivity, and I had to give him a Hotspot, help him to get a purchase, and keep him safe till an Uber picked him up to get back to his hotel. I drove it home that he had no backup plan in a foreign country.. Hope he learned his folly depending on a digital platform..
