@torgrimhanssen5100 depends on your ethnic background my dad had to head hunt for minority candidates in a field and time when few of them were in that science field, gov supply contracts required affirmative action style hiring practices.. No decent grad /decent work ethic person of color was refused.. Even with minimal related experience in similar laboratories.. My dad devolped all the two main products for the biggest company in the world for those 2 brands.. In fact even my dad only had a bachelor degree in his science field.. No one on youtube commenting hasn't used those 2 products..
