Did you forget the passage of the Rave Act?
Biden, then a senator, authored,put on Senate floor, a bill which he then got signed into law which had potential to do all the night clubs in, by expanding the crack house dwelling definition to ANY LOCATION OR PLACE OF OFFERING ENTERTAINMENT THAT CAN BE PROVED TO KNOWINGLY BE ALLOWING OR BY IT'S OPERATION PROVIDING AN ENVIRONMENT, LOCATION FOR, IN A FACILITY & BY SUCH OPERATION THUS FACILITATING THE AVAILABILITY OR ABILITY FOR ILLEGAL DRUG USE TO TAKE PLACE.
THEN IT NARROWED WHAT WOULD MAKE THE NIGHT CLUB AUTOMATICALLY BE DESIGNATABLE AS THAT NUISANCE.
IF CLUB SELLS VISENE BLOW POPS, VICKS, GLOWSTICKS, ANY LED LIGHT UP NOVELTY OR OFFERS SUCH FOR FREE. IF YOU HAVE ANY SUPPLEMENT RECOVERY HANGOVER PRODUCTS, WINTER FRESH GUM, ANY BRAND OF MENTHOL CIGERETTES, BLUNTS PIPES, CLOVES, MASSAGE CHAIRS, BATTERY MASSAGERS, FIREWORKS GLASSES, NEON, NITROUS, OXYGEN BOOTHS, POI,.
Then you have SHOW cause beyond reasonable DOUBT OF your AWERENESS of DRUG CONSUMPTION on PREMISES.

This video came up just after I finished writing a historic recount of my 2017 Rave in San Jose California. I had a nightclub down south & I also was a vendor booth at other events. A booth like nothing ever before, truly All-American and I say that specifically because I'm American & I was the first and only man in the country that was doing what I did the way I did.. This video is right now saying "how can we keep building energy to attract more customers in the doors next weekend?" Then they point out the fact that big name talent is just to expensive to book every week, after week.
Bummer they didn't do their homework better & interview persons like me, who know exactly the answers to those dilemmas.
Here's the mathematical equation that lack of experience or just lack of ingenuity thinking outside the box and of course ego whether it's the DJ being a big shot or the club being a big shot by having a big shot DJ. So, what they, & this video as well fail to realize, is that the DJ is the draw, he draws in if he has a big enough name.
But then it was people like me that had put on the effort to build a vending booth that wasn't just some table, maybe plastic cover across it. I made a booth that became the show gathering point for people to meet back at or rendezvous when they 1st arrived. Or if lonely or harassed they'd come behind booth & hang out watching me do my thing, maybe even pitch in a hand. Take their pictures with the backround of booth or with me. So that booth didn't draw them to Hollywood, but after they entered venue, I was the coolest distraction going on in the show besides dancing, drugging, & drinking. that Booth was the VIBE of the show. And it didn't cost venue 1 Penney. In fact, I often contributed to covering a shows costs through sponsorships or paying vendor fees.
So they had a net gain.
If I had time here & could post a picture. You'd be convinced I'm not just tooting my own horn. I wish this videos creator would read my comment, update their minds, then the video too, expressing their new found knowledge through their videos update accordingly.
I am the first ever vendor to tour, just like the performing talent. Cali to NY.
1000 events. 1/2 in my home venue Hollywood, then from 2003 on, the other 1/2 were on the road.
