It's very simple, from Armenia to China, they all grabbed the money that goes from UNICEF or other fundraisers- even on our televisions here in America. the local tough guys in their villages and townships skim or just outright steal everything from the real poor, and send their cousins to come to America to buy up all the property and small buisness owners. Which makes all of us homeless here and trade less are kids never get immersed in bring surrounded by small business economics, then they learn socialist BS at college and expect no risk jobs with full benefits.. About local real estate: my house was $92 a month and my first apartment 160. The same house two decades later is 1 million and the apartment is 3,200 a month and that did not happen because of inflation! All foreigners that can pay any amount because the money is not real, they skim it, then send it through their agents who don't pay tax, don't have to pay workman's comp, and just take over.. While people here say that they get all those things in this country because they work harder and do the jobs nobody else will do. Well the latest City to fall to China which is 4 miles from me is now 96% Asian. No one else can get a job anywhere in that economic zone. Yet government never prosecutes for unfair renting or hiring practices when it's an immigrant owned buisness. Only if American owned. So we effectively now have huge swaths of dead zones, where persons of other backgrounds are non persona gratis. A stranger in their own native homeland. Like me for example. I go a week at a time without getting to use English. All the while hearing about DIVERSITY. What type jobs and businesses are they in this taken over city that are classified as stuff Americans aren't willing to do? Ez, check BBB, top 10 businesses: real estate agent, salon owner, minimarket owner, restaurant owner, handyman /construction worker, trucking, medical professionals, city employees (all type occupational), teachers, banking services. So which of these jobs have you seem Americans refuse to do again? Wait, my leftist friends tell me all foreigners are just dishwashers, and toilet bowl janitors.. Cleaning job is 32 on list of occupations.. How about farm worker labor? Zero %, and statewide only 8% of immigrants ocupations..
BTW, how much overtime do these immigrants who work so much harder than Americans actually work..

Buyer was in the US for the 8 months prior to it's purchase.
