  1. ​ @mr.dassler this is the entire nutshell right there. There's no need for anymore discussion. The fact that the court, the legislature, the bar attorneys don't see this and act upon it also is all the roof in a nutshell that they don't want justice for father's, nor truly care about the "best interests of the children". Let alone the best interest of civil society to ensure the continuance of that society.

  3. ​ @stripedcollar335  I had one county not tell the other county, so the company gets 2 orders, they feel afraid of facing a fine if they don't sent out a payment on each support order. They knew it was incorrect,, the counties were touching geographically, yet couldn't work together, to the point that I then got penalty interest.. Insane. But b4 the feds federalized it as you mentioned. When my kids were kidnapped, the judge said he couldn't help me because support & maintenence was now separate from custody & visitation. I was appalled. So support judge said "even though they are kidnapped, I must calculate what you pay her in this order by how much time you see them vs her time with them. Of course I objected. He said if she is jailed, I may petition for adjustment, but for now it's a valid order. He increased the support order by 400 %, backdated it to the day of the bragged kidnapping when my time with them decreased, added 10% interest to it, & I now pay support the rest of my life.. No one wants justice or what's best for the kids. To the state it's about money, to the mother's it's about power & control through the kids & then of course the cash and prizes. I've never seen my sons again. I've paid for 30 years. And I now owe more than when it started due to the outrageous high 10% rate. I hope some young guys in denial read this. It pains me to write it publicly, but my case show most clearly more than just "she can leave & get some of your cash." It shows that in Family Law Court, it's a roll of the dice, they get away with anything, & the presiding judge of the Superior Court will sign off on it. As the judge did in my caae. Notice of Objection was filed twice, & just plain ignored.
