  2. That's exactly the kind of observation criminal cops would want you to take on. Black people have had enough of cops targeting them because of subconscious bias, and cops almost always escalates situations when their authority is challenged with questions. Once the dust settles the black person either ends up shot, dead, detained; and cops will never take responsibility for their part by excusing it to "resisting arrest," their go-to.

It starts with their subconscious bias about a certain group of people, pig issues a command, the citizen asks pig why he's being pulled over, pig gets offended draws weapon and escalates situation because people pig views as beneath him had the audacity to challenge pig's authority, pig ends up hurting citizen, then pig claims evasion of arrest as his easy-way-out. See this all the time.

  4. Yes, cops have a problem with following proper protocol and always needlessly escalate situations. And citizens have loaded guns too depending on state laws.
