The pandemic made people realize life is worth more doing things they like to do and spending time with friends and family than contributing more time with abysmal pay to corporations or work while time is lost on the more important things in life. That's why they're quitting. But typical conservatives, they lay blame with what is immediately in front of them to other things going on. Pathetic.
