  1. Republicans have no respect for the rule of law, so they will convict any way and how they want. That is why Biden gave him a blanket pardon, and why a few Democrats are urging Biden to give blanket pardons to the judges, prosecutors, attorney generals involved with Trump's criminal cases. The overly sensative orange baby is still butthurt even after he beat the system with his privileged ass. 😅

  2. Na. It's because Republicans weaponizes the justice system and impose their own laws so that any act they deem as "unlawful" would meet its statutes. Biden understands the judicial systems of authoritarians very well. That is why countries like Russia have a high conviction rate and would be merely impossible to get a not guilty verdict even when you are clearly innocent of the charges and have a good case.

  3. Biden doesn't trust the next administration to allow the DOJ to operate independently. Biden understands that Trump has no respect for the rule of law, the Constitution, or the separation of powers. We saw how the last time Trump was seen with Bill Barr constantly getting into his ear. How Trump fired Jeff Sessions for not bootlicking enough. So I can't blame Biden for protecting his son from an unhinged orange buffoon who knows nothing other than conning people.

House Republicans already tried to impeach Biden on the alleged influences of Hunter Biden's work there, and found nothing tied Hunter Biden to having influence to Biden's Vice Presidency. This goes back to my original point because it'll be Trump's weaponized FBI and DOJ where they won't have respect for the rule of law and would stretch anything they can to get a conviction.
