  2. The DOJ did not charge Gaetz because federal law regarding sex trafficking of minors is limited to coercion, or the interstate or international movement for sex. The strength of the evidence is concerning to bring forth federal charges. But, the committee report did find Gaetz violated state law regarding statutory rape, but the statute of limitation had expired to bring forth state charges. It's not because the "Biden DOJ" is protecting the elites as Cenk likes to put it.
