Voting rights is a non-partisan issue that advocates for it, regardless of party affiliation, want standardized uniformity to "level the playing field," so to speak, to where elections can go either way as long as voting is easily accessible and convenient, and the only restrictions are the obvious like eligibility such as U.S. citizens and 18 years old or older. The problem is Republicans do not want voting rights to be top of the line and exceptional because they fear if democracy is too exceptionally awesome they will never win another election. So they have to fake "election fraud" of 2020 and fake being salty about it as a pretext to keep voting rights restrictive like other 3rd world autocratic countries in hopes elections will tilt to their favor. Republicans who goes along with it is either too dumb or are intentionally being dishonest to themselves, lacking self integrity.
