THEIR GOVERNEMNT DID THAT JUST FOR REPUTATION YET IT BACKFIRED AND MADE MORE POLLUTION AND NO ONE TALKS ABOUT IT. HAHA CHINA FAILED BECAUSE THEY DON'T ACTUALY CARE ABOUT POLLUTION PROBLEM
