  7. Same in my area and almost no humidity only 18% humidity and strong wind I actualy saw clouds if dust get lifted up from the ground.

There is a reason why Chinas government sais that 300 pollution is "moderate" level and tries to ignore pollution problem. Your type of governemnt does that. No suprise.

The pollution is still off the charts and several different pollutants are unhealthy levels. Try again. If you smelled Chinas pollution and coughed then your lungs may be getting scared.
