  2.  @arielhermoso4262  If you violate a person's rights against warrantless search and seizure then yes you have to throw out the evidence. Better that a hundred who are guilty get away than one innocent person be convicted of a crime they never committed.

  3. Depends on the age of the American. Usually the older we get, the heavier we get, but the rule is not hard and fast or even fat-free.

  4.  @youtubeSuckssNow  not just often leaking fuel when on the ground, but constantly leaking fuel and at such high rate that the SR-71 is being refueled up until it taxis out on the runway to take off. Personally, I find the whole thing absurd. Only a country that will effectively pour money down a drain would build and operate a plane like the SR-71 that pours fuel down the drain.
