  1. Dima, doesn't it ever occur to you that the tactic of destroying a city indicates there is no intent to liberate an area, but is a tactic to destroy an area? Why destroy an area you supposedly want to occupy? The only reason to destroy a city you want is that you would rather destroy something than allow someone else to have what you want.
