  1. The newly appointed Commander of the Russian Forces in Ukraine is the general who commanded the Russian troops in Syria, and who used Sarin gas on the Syrian. Stay on the alert for Russia to use chemical weapons in Kherson. The US has now positioned the 101 Airborne Division in Romania. The US now has 100,000 troops on the borders of Ukraine. If Russia uses chemical weapons, then I expect the US would establish a no-fly zone over Ukraine even if that means coming into direct conflict with Russian aircraft and even if Russian might shoot down US aircraft. Furthermore, as a response to the use of chemical weapons, I would speculate that Poland and the Baltic countries would move to the border of Ukraine and Belarus at the invitation of the Ukrainian. That will relieve the Ukrainian Army to move troops from Belarus to the South. Moreover, having NATO troops in the area of Kyiv would also deter the Russians from using chemical weapons on Kyiv.
