  1. This is simply a shake-down like any criminal gang would ddo. The US police forces and the DEA now behave just like criminal gangs. The US is on the road to becomes ng a Police State. Thd US may already be there given the behavior of DEA and ICE. We need to decriminalize drugs and put a tax on the drugs just as we do on tobacco and alcohol then use the DEA as tax collectors. As it stands now the DEA just shakes down citizens to line their pockets. Let's turn them into drug tax collectors who will have to follow rules like IRS tax agents who most clearly have warrants and probable cause to detain and arrest.
