That includes Social Security, SEC to prevent securities fraud, FTC to prevent defective products, FCC to oversee telephone and radio, NLRB to protect ability of workers to organize, FDA to protect food saftey under the pure food drug act. Trump has isssued executive to eliminate or fire so many employees at those agencies that they can no longer function.

  2. Given that we import food from all over especially Canada, the tarffs have raised the food prices. Anyone want to take anty bets that the food stores will reduce prices when traiffies are removed? Food store have very slim margins, 1% or 2% and they will jump at the opportunity to retain the tariff increased prices even after tarriffs are removed. We will definitely need to raise the minimum wage for people to afford to eat, and more people will need food stamps.
